The children's list in the Journal comes from Enrollments. To make sure the children's list fills use one of the methods given below::

Method 1

  1. Go to the Children's grid.
  2. Click on the child's name whom you want to enroll in a program or class. (The child's page will open.)
  3. Go to the Schedules tab.
  4. Click on the [+] icon in the Schedules box, select a program or class to enroll the child.
  5. To enroll another child, click on the < or > icon in the top corner of the page to scroll to the previous or next child. Then enroll that child in the same manner.

Method 2

  1. Go to the Programs & Classes grid.
  2. Click on the name of the program or class in which you want to enroll children. (The Program/Class page will open.)
  3. In the Children box, click on the [+] icon and select children to enroll them.

Please note that you cannot enroll a child in a program or class without adding at least 1 contact (the Main Guardian) for the child.
