Parent has a government phone called Qlink. It is not in the Carrier drop-down list.

QLink is not given in the list. To put it in the drop-down list we need the Gateway Address. We posted a request to QLink support forum last week and have not heard from them.
Please ask your parent to contact QLink support to find the Gateway Address.
