How to set up a small Montessori with iCare?

1.       Fill in all the details in the iCare subscription plan.

2.       After filling out the form, follow all 7 steps in settings.

·         In step 1, fill in the basic info of the organization.

·         The second step is to manage rooms. You can add new rooms according to the capacity along with the other details required. Step two is not mandatory.

·         Step three enables you to fill in the details of programs/classes.

·         The fourth step is to add families and staff. This step also allows you to send email to the parents for registration.

·         Step five allows you to enroll children and staff in the center.

·         In step six, set up payment details, billing period, and other billing details.
