Is there an email template that I can use to notify parents that we have moved to iCare with instructions on how to log in and how to use iCare?

For this you may use the Send Message feature available under Action menu on almost all pages. Simply select the entries from the grid and click the Send Message icon from the Action menu.

From the Send Message pop-up select the Send as Email option and type over the email template and attach the following link to the help article for parents on getting started with iCare with the email template;
