When the start date of a child is from Monday, the whole week is charged. But when a child's start date is some other day of the week, say Tuesday, then the billing is done partially for that week.

Partial billing is done in two ways:

1. Manually- When billing is done manually, the admin can enter the amount for a partial week.

2. System entry- When billing is to be done automatically, the admin must  follow the steps:

• Go to the settings, step 6.

• If you select the prorated amount, then you have to select whether the amount is to be posted automatically or manually.
  
• If you select to post it automatically, then the amount will be calculated for the days from when the child started.
• If you select to post it manually, then the admin needs to calculate it manually and post it.
