My iCare is very slow including lobby. What Can I do?

Please first try the common troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clear your browsing history and cache.

  2. Restart your router/modem.

  3. Contact iCare technical support to confirm that the iCare server is responding properly.

  4. Check with your Internet service provider to ensure that the iCare website is not being blocked.
     

    Common Internet Service Provider Blocking Methods

DNS Filtering/Hijacking: The ISP intercepts DNS requests and refuses to resolve the domain name, or returns a fake IP address (e.g., a "blocked" page).

IP Address Blocking: The ISP blocks all traffic to and from a specific IP address.

Deep Packet Inspection (DPI): The ISP inspects packet content, allowing them to block specific URLs or protocols, even if DNS is not used.
