how do we adjust a weekly payment amount to biweekly payment

You may change the Billing Period (Weekly to Bi-weekly) of an uncharged entry only. Bills that have been posted already cannot be edited and can only be ended.
To change the billing period of an uncharged entry, navigate to the Billing Grid and follow these simple instructions.
- Hover your mouse on the billing entry you wish to make changes to and click the edit icon.
- Using the Period drop-down, select Bi-weekly (Fixed) period and click check-mark to save.
- If you wish to change the Billing Period of an already charged entry, end this bill and create a new entry using the Add New button.
