In Enrollments is there anyway to add in default fields "DOB" and "Parents Name"?

A custom report, Enrollments (with DOB and Contact Name), has been added to the Enrollments section of Report Center. Please log in to your account, naviagte to the Report Center and run the Enrollments (with DOB and Contact Name) under Enrollments section. Export the data on your local machine.
