Enhancements:

1. The admin can set the minimum contact details required during registration in iCare, under Settings-> Step->4.

2. The asterisk * symbol is shown for all mandatory UDF fields.

3. Some UDFs are used for internal center-specific purposes/admin, admin can hide those UDF fields from parents.

4. Now you can have mandatory UDF for contacts.

5. UDF Section Headings: It is now possible to add spaces and special characters to the UDF section title.
