Navigate to the Children page and select the children to whom you want to send a message.

Click on the Action tab and choose Send Message.

In the pop-up window, select whether you want to send the communication as a Message or an Email. If you select Send as Message, the message will be delivered to the parent’s mobile device.

Enter your message and click Send.
