Can a password be reset by parents if I put one in for them .

Yes, parents can reset their passwords. There are two types of passwords in iCare,
- Application Password (AP): To access the iCare application.
- Lobby Password (LP): To access the iCare Lobby.
Application Passwords can be reset by using the Forgot Password feature. Click here or the following link to see the help article on resetting the APs.
