How to add leads? What are the types of lead status?

Click on "Leads" in the left panel to navigate to the Leads page.
How to add Leads?
Leads can be added in two ways:
- Self-Registration – When prospective parents inquire via the self-registration page, they automatically appear as leads on the leads page. After this parents need to enter child details.
- Direct Entry – Admin can manually add prospective parents and children as leads directly from the leads page.
Types of Lead Status:
- New Leads – Newly added leads that are still on hold.
- Toured/Interested – Leads that have shown interest or taken a tour of the center.
- Converted – Leads that have become active.
- Leads Lost – Leads that have decided not to proceed with the center.
- Enrolled – Leads that have enrolled their child in a program or class.
Important: Lead status cannot be changed directly from New Leads to Converted or Enrolled. To proceed, the admin must first update the status to Active from the child's profile page.
