Fix a Cash Drawer that Stopped Working
- Go to Control Panel > Printers.
- Go to Printer Properties of the printer on which the cash drawer is installed.
- Reinstall the printer drivers.
- Print test page. The cash drawer should also pop out.
- In iCare go to the Drop-in Page. Click on the Cash Drawer icon to test it.
