Rooms or Age-based Rooms: For centers they represent physical rooms with licensing constraints. Otherwise, they can be used for grouping of children.

Not-Specified Room:

1. There is no fixed age requirement for children to be enrolled in this room. Children of any age can be enrolled.

2. Staff members assigned to this room have access to view all enrolled children and can navigate to any other room as needed.

Not-Specified Program/class:

If a child is not enrolled in any specific program or class, and no schedule has been created for them, they can check in to any non-specified program or class.

How to use them?

When a new center registers, default "Not-Specified" rooms and programs/classes are displayed in Steps 2 and 3 of the setup process. The admin can edit or remove these as needed.
