Permission and certificates can be tracked from the Child Profile page. You may set up permissions from Advanced Settings page under User Defined Fields (UDFs) section.

To Setup Permissions

Log in to your account as an Admin, visit Advanced Settings from Settings and,

1. Navigate to the UDFs section, check/uncheck Permissions you wish to keep a track of and click Apply Settings to save.

To Track Permissions

1. Navigate to a child’s profile page and scroll down to the UDF sections to view Permissions.

2. Click on Permission to expand. You may edit the field values by hovering and clicking the edit icon. You may also edit/remove the fields using the settings icon. Click the Add Medical Fields button to add new fields to the section.
