How to Create and Manage Site-Specific Calendar Events

  1. Log in to your iCare account and select Dashboard from the Home menu in the left panel.
  2. On the calendar, double-click the date on which you want to create an event.
  3. In the pop-up window, enter the required details, including the site, time, program/class, recipients, and event title.
  4. Click Create and Send Email to create the event and notify recipients, or click Create to save the event without sending an email, depending on your requirement.
