Yes, you may add children without entering their contact details. Children will be added in the list with Not-specified Contacts. But, until a main contact is added to the child’s profile, you may not Add Schedules, Add Siblings, Post Charges, Make Payments or put Attendance.

1. When a Child is added without a main contact, he/she will be visible in the Children list as follows,

2. Click on child’s name to visit the Child’s Profile page. Here, you may see the warning messages in the Contacts and Schedules boxes. To add a contact, click the ‘+’ button in the Contacts box,

3. When the ‘+’ button is clicked, you’ll be directed to the Add Contact form. Fill in the information carefully and click Save,

4. Till a contact is added, the Contact details page for the child will remain empty,
