Would it be possible to add the following custom fields under the child/parent records? - Parent Work (Name of Company) - Parent Work Address - Doctor's Name - Doctor's Phone Number - Emergency Contact Name - Emergency Contact Phone Number Thanks!

Yes, you can add these fields as UDFs (User-defined Fields) on child profile page under Profile tab. Please follow the below link to see the help article on managing UDFs in iCare,
