A parent lodged an eComplaint about receiving an email from us claiming it to be a SPAM. What should I do?

To invalidate a parent's email, simply visit the child profile page and navigate to the contacts tab. Look for the email field and locate the email validation icon next to it. Click on it to mark the email as invalid.
