How do I find the emails that I have sent and if they have been opened or not? (Email Open Tracking Report)

For Email tracking, you may use the Email Open Tracking Report from iCare Report Center. In two ways you can open the report in iCare,
1. You can search the reports easily through a global search.
2. Navigate to the Report Center and run the Email Open tracking Report under the CHILDCARE+ tab.
On the report page, you can view time, date, subject, and status(Open/Not Opened) of the sent email.
Also, you can filter the report for the specified date range.
