What happened to all my other programs/classes? they seemed to have dissapeared when I went to select a program class to assign such as 3year old POC not there?

Dear User,
On analyzing the above query we found that the mentioned programs are visible in the Programs/Classes list and enrollment pop-ups as well (see attached snip for reference).
If you are still facing an issue, we request you to please provide the user ID you are logging in with.
