This article explains how administrators can enable, configure, and schedule Nanny Services in iCare.

 


Enable Scheduling for Additional Services

Before creating a nanny service, scheduling must be enabled.

Go to Settings → Step 1: Operation Info.

Enable the flag “Enable scheduling for more iCare services.”

Create a New Program/Class

Navigate to Settings → Step 3. Click Add New.

Enter all required program details and select program type as ‘Nanny Service’. Click the right tick icon to save.

Configure Program/Class Details

From the left panel, open the Program/Class dropdown.

Select the program/class you created.

Hover over the program/class name and click See Details.

In the pop-up, select View/Edit Program.

Set the Schedule

Select Schedule.

Click the pencil icon.

Enter the required schedule.

Click right tick to save.

Add Default Billing

Enter billing details under Default Bills.

Click right tick to save.

Click Update This Program/Class at the top of the page.

The nanny service is now ready to use.

Manage Scheduling

View Existing Schedules

Go to Nanny Services from the left panel.

Add a New Schedule

Click Add Schedules.

Enter the required schedule details and click Next.

Select staff from the available list.

Click Save.

By default, all schedules are set to Pending. Once a staff member reviews and approves a schedule, its status will be updated to Approved and the bill will be posted in the billing grid of the child.

Schedule Cancellation Policy

If a scheduled service is cancelled more than one hour before the specified service time, no charges will apply.
 

If the service is cancelled within one hour of the scheduled time, 10% of the service fee will be charged
