Coworking Space- Set-up Guide for Admins
Enable Scheduling for Additional Services
Before creating a co-working service, scheduling must be enabled.
Go to Settings → Step 1: Operation Info.
Enable the flag “Enable scheduling for more iCare services”.
Create a New Program/Class
Navigate to Settings → Step 3. Click Add New.
Enter all required program details and select program type as ‘For Parent’. Click the right tick icon to save.
Configure Program/Class Details
From the left panel, open the Program/Class dropdown.
Select the program/class you created.
Hover over the program/class name and click See Details.
In the pop-up, select View/Edit Program.
Set the Schedule
Select Schedule.
Click the pencil icon.
Enter the required schedule.
Click the right tick to save.
Add Default Billing
Enter billing details under Default Bills.
Click the right tick to save.
Click Update This Program/Class at the top of the page.
The co-working service is now ready to use.
Role Permission-
Go to Settings, select Role Management.
Click on pencil icon next to parents.
Scroll down to Coworking space and check the check box. Click update.
