How to show scheduled/ non-scheduled children in the attendance report?

Admin can see the list of children under the attendance report either all the childrens or only children scheduled for the day by using the flag 'Show the list of all children under the Attendance report' on the settings page under step 7.
When the flag is ON - It shows all the children's under the attendance report.
When the flag is OFF - It shows only the scheduled children under the attendance report.
