How do you set up Kinder Connect and upload attendance on it?
Kinder Connect
Kinder Connect is a secure website for entering and managing children's attendance at our facility. After collecting the attendance, we submit the Childcare Subsidy Attendance to the State Agency for invoicing.
How to set up kinder connect?
To set up Kinder Connect, the admin needs to follow these steps:
1. In the settings, go to step 4 and click on the 'Link to Kinder Connect’ flag to activate it. Then enter all the configuration keys and save it.
2.Click on 'Get provider from Kinder'. Click on the sync icon to synchronize the list of providers from Kinder.
3. Once the providers' list is obtained, click on 'Get Agency List'.
4. Select the providers from the drop-down menu and click 'Get Agency'. Now the basic setup steps are completed.
How to synchronize children with kinder connect?
2. A new pop-up will appear. Select provider from drop down menu and date.
3. Click on ‘get children’. List of children from the kinder system will be synced.
How to send attendance to kinder connect?
1. Go to the attendance page, click on the action button.
2. Click on ‘send attendance to kinder system’ from the dropdown menu.
3. In the pop-up select the provider and date, and click on ‘upload’.
Finally, attendance will be uploaded to the kinder system.
Reports :
For reports you can also click on Report in the upload attendance in the kinder system pop-up or go to the reports under childcare tab-1. Kinder Attendance
