iCare is not working on my ipad. What should I do?

Step-by-Step Guide:
- Open the iPad Settings app (the gear icon).
- Scroll down the left sidebar and tap Safari.
- Scroll down to the very bottom of the Safari menu and tap Advanced.
- Locate the JavaScript toggle.
- Switch the toggle to On (so it turns green).
- Force close the Chrome app and relaunch it.
