How Parents Can Access Financial Records in iCare
iCare provides parents with access to three types of financial records to help them review their child's financial information.
- Ledger
- Yearly Tax Statement
- Account Statement
Parents can access these records through the iCare web portal. The Ledger and Yearly Tax Statement are also available through the iCare mobile app.
1. Ledger
Accessing the Ledger in a Web Browser
Log in to the iCare web portal using your parent account.
Navigate to your child's profile page.
Click on the Ledger tab.
View the available ledger details.
Accessing the Ledger in the Mobile App
Log in to the iCare mobile app.
Tap the menu button on the left side of the screen.
Select Accounting.
Access the available ledger information.
2. Yearly Tax Statement
The Yearly Tax Statement allows parents to access their annual tax-related financial records.

Log in to the iCare web portal.
Navigate to the Reports section.
Click on the Accounting tab.
Select Yearly Tax Statement.
View the available statement.
Accessing the Yearly Tax Statement in the Mobile App
Log in to the iCare mobile app.
Tap the menu button on the left side of the screen.
Select Yearly Tax Statement.

3. Account Statement
The Account Statement allows parents to access their account-related financial information.

Navigate to the Reports section.
Click on the Accounting tab.
Select Account Statement.
