How to change, reset, or set my password? (Forgot password or don't have one.)

(NOTE: that this feature sends an email to the user. It will work only with a valid email ID.)
You can use the Forgot Password option to change your password.
To change your password, navigate to www.icaresoftware.com, click the Login button on top-right corner of your screen and do as follows:
- Click on Forgot Password link and enter your email ID.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on Reset Passowrd link.
- Use the Change Password prompt to change your password.
- Click on the Back to Login link and log in to access your account.
