Here are the crucial IDs and numbers needed for the reconciliation process:
- Receivables Ledger ID in iCare (RL_ID)
- General Ledger ID in iCare (GL_ID)
- Shielded card or bank account number showing the last 4 digits
- Gateway Transaction ID: This is the number you need for finding the transaction in Transaction Express
