What to do for migrating from Open Edge to Fortis?

For migrating from Open Edge to Fortis, the client needs to close the account on Open Edge and create a new merchant account on Fortis by clicking on the link given below:

Suppose there is a refund from the Open Edge account. In that case, the client needs to continue the account until he gets all his refunds, but for transaction purposes, he needs to register with Fortis and enter all the account and card details again. After payment gateway is migrated to Fortis, parents need to add only card details in Autopay Autopay will be copied over so recurring will be all set with payer info, dates amount, method and all it was earlier set by admin or parents. For sending intimation mails to the parents regarding updating Card details, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the children report, select children and click on action tab.

2. Select send message.

3. In the message pop-up, select send as email, then select the template 'card on file'.

4. Click on send at the last of the template.
