My graphics are no longer showing up, i,e., parent and children's photos and iCare Logo on my screen. Please advise if you are having problems with graphics on iCare Software. (Photos, pictures, logo, graphics)

Your firewall is preventing the pictures, photos, and logo to show.
In your Firewall, open the port for the following site: but they need - https://res.cloudinary.com/icarephotoscdn/image/upload/
