On Monday I tried to send out a mass email and it said it sent but none of the recipients received the email. Can someone please help figure out why I cannot send out mass emails.

Dear User,
This issue has been resolved. We have modified the Send Message feature, now you can send emails to all recipients at once without any limit on the number of recipients. Please verify and let us know if you still face the same issue.
