Is there a table in the background that maintains the billing codes (Tuition, Discount, Transportation, Registration etc.) that I can update?

Tuition, discount, transportation, registration etc. are revenue accounts. Currently, seven accounts have been pre-populated in the accounts receivable structure. In a future release we will make these user-definable.
