Do I get a copy of the notification emails that are sent out; for example, the self-registration invite sent to parents? What is the senders email ID for these? Does the email have a CC?

Providing email copies in CC conflicts with the Open/Tracking system we follow. Rather than CC we send copies in BCC.
Following are the email templates that are sent in BCC to the Center Email and Admin Email available on Settings >> Step-1.
Center Email: Payment receipts, and Enrollment notifications.
Admin Email: Registration, and profile information update.
Sender Email ID: noreply@icaresoftware.com
