1. In the children page, select the inactive child to whom you want to put an On Hold.

2. Click on the toggle button under the status column.

3. In the Activate or Put On Hold pop-up, select the Put on hold radio button and click on Confirm button.

4 The child has been put On Hold successfully. Later you can change the child from On Hold to Active state.
