How to obtain the latitude/longitude?

To get the latitude and longitude from Google Maps, follow these quick steps depending on the device you are using:
On Desktop
- Open Google Maps in your web browser.
- Right-click (or Ctrl-click on a Mac) the exact spot or location on the map.
- A pop-up window will appear. The latitude and longitude will be listed at the top in decimal format (e.g., 12.9716, 77.5946).
- Click the coordinates to automatically copy them to your clipboard.
On Mobile (Android or iPhone)
- Open the Google Maps app.
- Tap and hold the map to drop a red pin on your desired location.
- The address and location details will appear at the bottom of your screen in a card.
- Swipe up on this information card to expand it.
- Scroll down to find the latitude and longitude listed in decimal degrees. You can tap the coordinates to copy them.
