When I schedule one program to end and another to start for a child (age progression room change), the program does change but the child's age based room field does not. is this supposed to be a manual change?

Dear User,
Yes, it has to be changed manually. A child can be enrolled in multiple Programs/Classes (PCs) so cascading a P/C change to room automatically can cause complications in the enrollment data.
