The rooms can be managed (Step 2 in Settings) as per the center’s requirement. Age-based rooms can be created to manage groups and child-teacher ratios. The administrator can edit, remove or add new rooms as per the center’s needs. If you are operating an enrichment program you may skip setting up rooms.
For centers not using rooms there is the Programs and Classes feature. Scheduling and billing are preset in programs or classes and children can have a custom schedule and bill or get the preset one by enrolling in programs or classes.
