Can I remove "Program Type" and "Enrollment Type" from the child enrollment form? These are not applicable for my drop-in and I want to make things simple for parents.

We have added role management functionality in the Profile Page. When you hover on such fields you'll see a Hide It icon. By clicking on the icon you will be able to hide such fields from the page. This feature will be released in a next couple of days or so. When done we'll add a instructional video to this article and you'll get notified.
