How to enter absence?

Entering absence will help admin and parent for marking absent for current and future dates. This will ease the work of marking attendance for the children.

Admin can see all the absences in the absence report and it will also be reflected in the attendance report.

Attendance-based billing is there so it will not have any effect on it. Charges are shown based on check-in/out.

To enter absence follow the steps:

For Admin:

1. In the left panel, select attendance/drop-in.

2. On the attendance page, select the child and click on action. Select 'enter absence' from the drop-down menu.

3. Enter the dates and reason for absence and save.

For Parent:

1. Go to the child profile page, and select the schedules tab from the top.

2. Click on the timer icon.

3. Enter the dates and reason for absence and save.
