Yes. You can use the Advanced Filter for this purpose. Navigate to the Balances report and follow these simple instructions to filter the report for inactive families. 

NOTE: Inactive families that have an outstanding balance will only appear on the Balances report.

1. Click the advanced filter icon form the smart search box. 

2. Select the ActiveChildCount column from the drop-down, set the condition to equals – 0, and click the Filter button.
