How do I force parents to put a credit card on file before they can check their children in?

iCare introduces a new option in which children are not allowed to check-in without having a credit card on their account.
To manage this option:
A new Flag is added under Setting>Step 7> Required Credit Card for Checkin.
When the flag is ON, parents can check-in the children only if they have a credit card on their file.
This option is available for both the Check-in app and the Lobby portal.
