What are the different accessibilities for Admin, Center Admin, and Super Admin?

On the role management for each role, you can provide/restrict access according to your need.
Each role has a set of features that can be enabled or disabled.
For example, if you don't want the accounting report to be visible to the super admin, disable the accounting reports flag.
Admin email address will be used for correspondence with iCare Support. The center email address will be used as CC for the Send Messages emails.
