Auto-Enrollment
The auto-enrollment feature enables new parents to enroll automatically in a drop-in program/class.
How admin can set up auto-enrollment?
1. Go to the settings page. Click on step 1. Select Operation information.
2. Turn on the auto-enrollment flag. If there is a drop-in type program/class, it will directly set that for auto-enrollment.
3. But if there is no drop-in type program/class, then it will give you a warning message to set a drop-in type program/class.
Note: If there are various sites for a center, then admin needs to have a drop-in type program/class for each site.
For Parents:
Parents must fill out the registration form and will be directly enrolled in a drop-in program/class. Furthermore, they can enroll in the program/class they want.
