How to manage program and class rosters?

There are 3 ways to manage rosters:

 
Programs/Classes Page
OPEN THE PROGRAMS/CLASSES PAGE
  • Click on the search icon.
  • Search the program or class by its name.
This will open the Program/Class page.
 
TO ENROL A CHILDREN
  • In the Children frame click on the [+] icon.
  • Search for a child by name.
  • Check validations given in the confirmation window.
  • Click on Continue or Cancel.
TO REMOVE CHILDREN
  • In the Children frame search for a child by name.
  • Hover on the child's name.
  • Click on delete (trash) icon.
Child Profile Page
OPEN THE CHILD PROFILE PAGE
  • Click on the search icon.
  • Search child by name.
This will open the Child Profile page.
 
TO ENROL A CHILD 
  • In the Schedules frame click on the [+] icon.
  • Search for a program or class by name.
  • Check the details in the confirmation window.
  • Scroll down and click on Continue or Cancel.
TO REMOVE A CHILD
  • Hover on the name of a schedule.
  • Click on delete (trash) icon.
Enroll Children in a Batch
  • Click on Children in the Left Navigation frame.
  • Select all the children that you want to enroll.
  • In the Action menu click on Batch Enroll.
  • Enter dates and select programs and classes.
  • Click on Proceed or Cancel.
