How do I modify a balance report to include only parents with a positive balance and to exclude the subsidy payee's balance? (Edit/Change/Modify)

You have to used the Advanced Filter feature.
- Click on the Funnel Icon (the Advanced Filter Icon).
- Enter the first filter criterion.
- To add more filtreing critria, click on Add Rule.
- Select AND or OR option.
- Click on Filter.
