Is it possible to turn off the chat option for a select few sites, while keeping it active for others?

Go to Settings (Step 1) and click on Manage Sites.
On the Manage Sites page, select Site Settings.
Enable the “Disable Chat Feature” flag for each site where you want to turn off chat.
