If an employee or parent account is manually set up, what step in the process allows the Admin to generate a unique password for them to access the Lobby?

Login credentials are sent to the parent’s email-id when his profile is created – either through email invitation or manually. These credentials can be used to login to the Lobby and the iCare software. Alternately, the Admin can go to the Parent Profile and edit the field ‘Lobby Password’ available under the Contact tab. Please note, any user (admin, parent or teacher) can change their password using the forget password functionality.
