All bills are posted on their Next Billing Dates (NBD). When a bill is posted for the first time, its NBD is equal to its Start Date (SD). And then, all bills are posted on every NBD till the End Date (ED).

To make a payment use the “Make a Payment’ icon available on Children, Attendance, Balances, Transactions and Billing Grid. Early payments are added to Running Balance of the payer’s account.
