I enrolled my child and it said that she will be put on the wait list. on the website it says she was added to the wait list, but I got an email that says the registration process is incomplete. Is there something else that I need to do?

It was nice talking to you. As discussed kindly upload the scanned documents as it is required to complete the registration process. Under the child profile in the Electronic Documents section, you need to upload scanned documents. I am sharing a screenshot for your reference.
